Lavender Shortbread - Gluten Free.

Opps!

Wanted to post photographs of the two beautiful rounds of lavender shortbread I made during the week - but alas, this is all that's left of them!
The shortbread was delicious.  I used a Karen Martini recipe again and substituted plain flour with gluten free flour.

  1. These must have been good! I am gluten free for several years now but have not been brave enough to try my own baking. It looks like you know what you are doing and are good at it.

  2. Terri, these were delicious. I'm no expert at GF cooking it's a lot of trial and error. I've found that GF flour works best in recipes using plain/all purpose flour and I don't mix my own GF flour anymore - I buy a premixed from the health food shop.
    Happy Baking!

  4. My GF daughter just said she would like to make lavender cookies. These look so good! I can't seem to get to the recipe. Can you help me out?
    Thanks!
