ReplyDeleteI've visited there about 30 years ago and I loved the gardens too and the old ceilings in the house are gorgeous! I had a delicious devonshire tea with homemade scones, jam and whipped cream to die for! Earl grey tea - of course :).
ReplyDeleteOne of the old ladies volunteering there then had actually been one of Norman's scantily clad models when she was younger! Well, I had to go and have another look at the painting after that and she was a stunner way back when :).
